Ron has always talked about Haleigh in past tense.

As for this theory.. it makes sense right until I get to why Ron hasnt said anything about Misty od'ing Haleigh or accidentally killing her. Why would HE cover up for her? Just cause the pills were his? Idk. He sounds like a jackass who'd easily just spin it & say they were Misty's pills. I mean yea people & their drugs rarely make sense but I think there is more to this than an accidental overdose and coverup.

@JusticePetitioner What I would like to know is WHY Misty's attorney is allowing Misty to be interrogated by LE at this point, IF this is true that she was and threatend with X amount of years if she didn't tell them what she knows IF she knows anything,. Why is Misty's attorney speaking to Art Harris rather then coming out and speaking publically about what happened or not happened to his client? Why does this attorney share anything with anyone about his client in the first place?

@Sierra1947 Thats a good question.. I am sure IF she was interrogated her lawyer was there, IF she knows anything now would be the time to make a plea deal, maybe the reason for setting up or agreeing to an interrogation, idk. I didnt hear Art Harris say anything about the interrogation in either segment.. is he the 'source' of Janes info.. as well as Chelsea's? Chelsea is the one who said something about 50 years in prison and her being taken into an interrogation room.

@JusticePetitioner Art wrote about it on his website titled: "Misty Says Tommy Took Haleigh!". I couldn't find any story by main stream media regarding all this stuff, just what Art claims happens.

possible. . it happens. i beleive this was planned and now a child is gone. if ron was on the clock for a supper break he had time to get to his home. what puzzels me is tommy banging on the door as well no lights on someone in that park knows or are afraid for there own safty, ty for letting me post onyours

Could the man in black have been Ronald? He said himself, "If I owed for drugs, they won'[t just come in and take my little girl. They would have come here and killed everyone." A drug boy that owes a debt, could have found some to illegally adopt Haleigh or sold her to settle the debt. Ron sure wasn't hiding after Haleigh disappeared, so he wasn't a mark. At least any more. Cause the debt at that point was settled.

@mycrazynan sure looks that way to me. Ron is the only person in this case not speaking. Seems like the wisest thing to do before trial..and especially smart to be silent before sentencing. I agree on the undeniable RIDICULOUS_NESS of misty speaking to LE instead of taking this shit to trial. Ron most definately is protected. There are zero reports of his activities in jail. Are we sure he even IS in there?
