Not at all... It is detailed in the videos titled "protein wash week" & "moisture wash week"...
I used aphogee only for about 20 weeks... I started making various modifications after that... and finally came up with the protein and moisture wash weeks...

@DeathtotheAshes Thanks! Please see my videos titled "Protein Wash Week" and "Moisture Wash Week"... those will tell you all of the products that I use. She is currently transitioning from relaxed to natural. She had her last relaxer September 2009... and has been getting the relaxed hair cut off the ends during this past year... She should be completely relaxer free by September of this year! Thanks for stopping by : )
