@inapoi i would be agains over whaling. however i know for a fact that the sea shepherd and its crew went to the faroe islands in the 80s and just recently as well to stop whaling there.. the faroe islands are european island ruled by Denmark in the north atlantic. and whaling in the north atlantic has only recently been given up by most countries except for those who rely on it to live like the people on the faroe islands

@mouthforwar17 I am against whaling like my friends in Japan , too - but i agree some animal protectors are very weird as shown here . Whats disturbing me is that many Western countries only point on japan but never on Western countries !

@inapoi im from the "west" and i believe that whaling is perfectly fine. i see nothing wrong with it for the japanese and the faroese people. if its a way of life and ,in the faroe islands case, a way of providing sustenance to your community then by all means hunt the whale. the crew of whale wars are a small amount of small-minded people. i may have understood your comment wrong..but please dont judge the whole of western culture by a few morons like the whale wars crew
