We don't have complete freedom of speech in Canada! It is against the law to spread hateful speech as it should be. We have standards of how we should behave and if a bigot tries to make his or her beliefs made known, they will go to jail!!!

Sun News finally came together and is a channel. They have good conservative hosts that tend to keep it a little more clean than Fox. I have no problem with them existing. Also: we are not americans which is why this law works in Canada and why NO law works in the US.

Disagree with you Cenk; the Radio Act is fantastic, and diligently implemented.
A lie repeated often enough becomes truth; there's no way to fight the flood of bullshit passed off as fact, which is one way Creationism survives in the US. Without holding Broadcasters responsible for what they pass off as "News" and "Fact", viral bullshit spreads.
It's fine to have an opinion show, but once that show starts spreading BS to its audience (ie. "Death Panels" and "Obamacare"), they get a "FUCK NO!".
