dedpending on what mk1 or 2 they run between 40-75.
not sure what your asking on #2
the jpac takes all your keyboard buttons and wires them to individual buttons on your control panel simulating a keyboard stroke. And it has a built in amp to up the voltage to the monitor to 5amps, providing a brighter picture.

to fully restore it only takes a few days, but you have to gactor in all the waiting on parts.
