I am a animal management student this is a abnormal behaviour and is not funny at all it is a sign this animal is in great stress it is NOT normal for polar bears to 'dance' if they do generally it is this weaving behaviour which is a good sign they are going a little bit crazy due to a lack of mental stimulation or they have been beaten until they do dance (old circus) im glad to see so many people are taking pleasure and laughing at this poor animals suffering

This is due to Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

Well, if he's bored and doing this as a reaction to him being bored, I see only one solution: lock a zookeeper in there with him. He won't be bored or hungry for a little while.
