@wakeupscreaming I know you already said it once, but it's probably time to say it again.

@TheNdoki They should just say, If you have money, make more. This looked like a whole lot of bullshit if you ask me. Precisely the kind of thing Id expect from a television commercial... Gotta love "featured video" links. Actually, I gotta get off youtube, I'm starting to get that rage feeling once again.

Mmmmh, giving way too much credit to Apple for changing music.
MP3's revolutionized music and it was invented by german guys Fraunhofer-Gesellshaft. The Rio and MPMan were among the first mp3 players -- light years before Apple -- but they didn't have bottomless marketing budgets like Apple. Napster revolutionized music distribution - albeit illegaly. Apple just walked in and stole all the ideas and got their massive marketing machine behind it. Not exactly trailblazing.

@carobertwhelan Actually the video says "when music was too bulky... apple revolutionized the world of tunes." which is false. They revolutionized marketing by appealing to people with more money than sense, but they didn't actually revolutionize the product at all. In fact they set it back a step by convincing people image is more important than performance. Now if the video claimed that apple revolutionized marketing, I'd agree. As for music, there are many others that deserve the title more.
