Chess Fever (1925) - part 2
With an international chess tournament in progress, a young man becomes completely obsessed with the game. His fiancée has no interest in it, and becomes frustrated and depressed by his neglect of her, but wherever she goes she finds that she cannot escape chess. I recognized José Raoul Capablanca, Carlos Torre Repetto, Rudolf Spielmann, Frank James Marshall, and Richard Réti, too. Ernst Grünfeld, Frederick Dewhurst Yates, Solomon Gotthilf and Alexander Iljin-Zhenevsky are said to be pretended in that Film, too, but I couldn't identify them. Did you see them? However, it's nice to see these good old-fashioned chess stars, isn't it?

@borjannemanja
He fled from the Sovier Union and was an "unperson" at that time.
