Herbert Nitsch dives 60m down (holding a camera) and then swims through "The Arch" into the open sea. Not only is it an incredible dive, Herbert has time to turn the camera on himself and smile!!!

blue lips, william trubridge does it without fins, but nitsch is still one of the best and ive met him 2 weeks ago

Eeeeerr no there is no evidence of any loss of brain cells due to freediving. Conversely using the NTStyle of diving, the brain is saturated with MORE oxygen during the dive.
