then the zoo keepers repaired the brkoen fences, tried to catch the bushbabies but couldn't and then they got word that hurricane katrina was going to hit the zoo. So they had to evacuate the zoo again but leave behind a crocadlie and maybe the bushbabies and the peacock it never said. Then when it had passed they went back and the zoo was wrecked everything they worked hard to do was like gone. They had to start all over again. AGAIN!

this zoo is absolutely amazing it was hit by hurricane ivan, they evacuated all the animals safely, it did lodes of damage, they worked really hard for six monts to repair the zoo. Then they got hit by hurricane dennis but not as badly, they had to evacuate all the animals except for clu a peacock. There wasn't much damage a few broken gates and stuff and the peacock lived. Three bushbabies escaped though and were living in the trees.

Hey countryfan014, glad to hear that you like the zoo, I really love this zoo as well, you can get really close to the animals and all of them seem very well cared for. Thanks for the comment !
