Meeka was found wandering the streets of Orlando lost, cold and under weight for a pregnant mother. She gave birth to eight beautiful puppies at the Orange County kill shelter on 12/31/11. One of the pups died soon after birth. Meeka and her remaining seven pups (3 boys and 4 girls) were scheduled to be euthanized on 01/06/12. Sniffing Snouts Rescue stepped up and saved this new family when all hope had seemed lost. I am currently fostering this family, but 6 of the 7 remaining puppies have become ill with kennel cough. We are trying to raise funds for their care and help them to grow up strong and healthy.
