True MFK. So is this your only tank now?
GRASSFAN86 1 week ago
@GRASSFAN86 Yeah. Just running this now. I got rid of all my all glass tanks. I am looking at building another but at 9'x3'x2.5' = 500g. I want to move the cichlids to that and keep the bigger tank for a Murray Cod (Maccullochella peelii) I am presently growing out. The cod has some growing to do so I have plenty of time to get it sorted.

I just wanted to say your tank is phenomenal! I've watched your vid about 10+ times and honestly could watch over and over again. I'm fairly new to the hobby, about 6 months in, and you've inspired me. I upgraded to a 125 for the moment and have American Cichlids (GT, RT, JAG, Midas, Jack Dempsey, and a Honduran). Cen't figure out how to get my large pieces of drift wood to sink though...any suggestions? Either way keep it up and I look forward to seeing more updates.

@twizted2334 Thanks for the kind words. The only thing you can do is to keep soaking the timber. I have had some pieces that took over a month to sink.
