@BroSteveWinter If someone turns from the Lord after hearing of the truth, does that mean God completley forsakes them?

Will He forgive someone that has turned away from righteousness, if they repent and turn back to God?

@TurnToJesus1 It is rare when such a one repents. It is a dangerous game to play, however.

I Appreciate your teaching on the Gift of Speaking and Praying in New Tongues but I have a check in my spirit on something you teach. I had it about a year ago when I visited here and I am writing something now. I will post a few of the verses I use when witnessing to seekers that I have learned over the past 40 plus years as a Believer.

The Seed of the Word Logos is Jesus? Jesus Has the Spirit of Yahweh living inside of Him? John 17:21 The Spirit of Yahweh lives in Us too! See Matt 10:20?

So according to you, I am not saved, because I do not speak in tongues. Yet I love the Lord with all my heart, my greatest desire is to deny myself and follow my Lord Jesus Christ.

Firstly, you will not get away with calling Spurgeon & Pink false teachers without me wondering about where you are coming from! And secondly, we have no indication of any true prophets, tongues, or new knowledge from God that is apart from the Bible...since the disciples wrote their accounts down. DO WE???

Is not the Word of God complete and all we need for knowledge? What about when 'that' which is perfect is come??? Which is in the impersonal tense rather than personal?

I know what you are saying is true, but I can't help but get frustrated when I hear it. I have been seeking the Holy Ghost for years and have never received it. I've repented and been baptized in Jesus name and still haven't received it. I feel like God should have written an entire "How to" guide on receiving the Holy Ghost. The Bible is great at telling you what to do but not at telling you how to do it. Not everyone can just intuitively tap into it as seems to be the case for so many others.

BroSteve. BIG AMEN!!! Don't waste your time with the "unbeliever' who think that "loving the lord with all their heart" are save. They don't understand that they have to Love and Do HIS Word in order to be born again. Keep on preaching. Tongues edify, build and by pass the enemy. Yeah...Thank God. I am born of the Spirit.

Good sermon. The parable of the 10 virgins distinguishes between those who have the oil of the Holy Spirit and those who do not. All the virgins have lamps, but only the wise virgins have the fire necessary to light their lamps and meet their Bridegroom. Many christians will have to endure the trials of Tribulation during Daniel's 70th week for failing to failure to receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost.
