its just insane how close they were to catching the Ceausescu's at the parliamentary building

they looked so senile and out of it, the video of the trial is hard to watch (yes I understand they were bad people)

Too bad Mircea Dinescu didn't take the lead to be Romania's first president after the revolution, he would have been a brilliant choice as opposed to that second tier commie Ion Iliescu.

Oh, well, i guess it's a good thing people got smarter over the years and aren't so easily fooled now as back then, with all that chaos and turmoil going on.
