This is a Coffee Table We have designed to play movies. music (with cool random visuals) and picture slide shows for party's.
The unit is a Plasma Panel with Laptop computer. Microproccessor controlled power function so visuals and picture can be turned off if to distracting for guests.
Unit has wireless capability's so it can be accessed via any wireless network. when connected you can change all settings, play list, volumes and.just about anything.
Unit has twin Sub woofers and a full range of sound. (unit sounds great, bass straight into the floor, midrange and trebble are still very presnt.)
Unit dosn't have any touch screen capability because at a party you don't want any tom,dick or harry sitting there pressing next continuously.
Unit has a remote which controls all functions. (things like in-que next song and change Visuals)
Unit has 3 layers of toughened glass so guests and sit on the unit if by accident they fall on it.
AT a later stage i will add another feature to this unit, pretty changing lights that will come from the inch or so gap under the unit so it greats and ambient light around the viewers feet which will change with the music and color or display on top of the unit.
Unit is 1.1. This is the second of its kind. The fist unit had a panel error and was unrepairable.
This design looks completely standed when all shutdown. No one suspects lights to pop from the top of the unit.
This unit took Me (Nate) & Christine one year to create with only one side left to paint.
