Spanish people and italians have variety of phenotypes.
A big part have dark brown hair. but there are alot of spanish people
with light--brown hair, blonds and red-haireds
same with italian people.

Spanish people can only be from Spain(white people) Europe

so Stop calling non-whites Puerto ricans etc "Spanish" people
