Quake Wakes Up California

The 5.4 magnitude quake that hit southern California shook up residents and spawned dozens of aftershocks, but experts say it's just a drill for the inevitable "big one." Ben Tracy reports.

I remember that quake. I was living in North Hollywood and the ground only shook a little, enough that I thought it was kinda cool, but only because it was a slight vibration. But it made the ground seem so soft, kinda like being in one of those Funhouses at an amusement park where the floor moves. So I can imagine that a stonger quake must be terrifying.
