bmw does not loses the balance, it is 50/50% weight, so any mistake just blame the driver

@shexawy1 the driver lost the balance

bmw lost its balance :)

apparently trying to barrel-roll the R32? :( I'll take it!

@Ximon1986 You have no idea what you're talking about. The normal power distribution in an R32 is 75% to the rear and 25% to the front through a Haldex dif. Some S4 Quattros use it too instead of a Torsen dif. The only thing that keeps it from oversteering MORE than its turbocharged brethren is the heavy V6 over the front wheels.

I'm not shouting at you ;) I only wanted to say that it isn't drifting. The shows technique (swinging of the rear through fast left-right steering) you also can use with a fwd car. The problem is: after a very short time it stabilizes and you can't do nothing against it (except the usage of e-brake). "Drifts" like this called "slides" and that's the point I wanted to mention :) Nothing against VW or other people here.

@Ximon1986 I can tell you something its called 4-wheel drifting(and thats possible), and I don't know what you think about the R32 drifting(getting the back of your car out of line) in this vid, but I think it's pretty nice for An 4wd car or something that you want to hear 4MOTION, and come on don't be a jerk and shout at everyone that says something diffrent than u do...

Right but R32 has no real AWD. It's called 4MOTION and it's actually front wheel drive with addaptive rear wheel drive during traction loss. So it's not really posible to drift with it as with an Audi S4, EVO or other real AWD cars.

my dads got a 1 series 2.0 m sport its fast but i think its boring to look at. id have the golf
rwd is easier to drift compared to awd ;)

@cralstc well, I'd prefer the R32. I'm a prospective buyer.
