I already see a lot of people getting confused with the $500 fine. Don't listen to Jim. The bill states a $500 dollars but $500 per copyright owner. ISP's will still work the same. Once they get a complain they will warn you. If the complainer isn't happy with the punishment they will file for a court order. Good video tho.
