I don't think the interviewer's English is "terrible". She has an accent, but she can be understood. It's just fascinating how easy it is to criticise someone's accent! Most of the time it comes from monolingual people, it's pretty funny...

I agree. I think she's alright. You cant expect her to have no accent at all when she didn't grow up speaking English. It's not even her first language. So I def agree with you. She's not THAT bad.

Why do like all Norwegians watching the video feel embarrassed? There is no need for you to do so. This lady's mother tounge is Norwegian not English so it's obvious that she won't have a perfect accent. Come on, enjoy the interview instead :)
