  • The Beatles mean the world to me. I am only 13, and the kids at school laugh at me because I have an obession with the Beatles. They just don't understand how the Beatles influenced music. They just don't get how the Beatles taught me how to love. For me the Beatles make everything in life better... and I wish more people my age would figure that out like I have.

  • I'm 13 too. I feel such a connection with both you right now and the band. They and a few other bands are really all I listen to. Today I heard Lady Gaga on Jay Leno and I was about to scream; I can't believe they let her sing about those things so publicly. Anyway, I learned recently that people don't like it when you try and convince them what good music is, haha. At least we get to enjoy it, even if you know they're missing out. Peace (:

  • @antwashere2293 'Hey Bulldog' for me too, 'Glass Onion' is also an absolute belter.

  • anybody else here cause of notpron?

  • i love how justin timberlake tries to sing the beatles, and forgets he's not on auto-tune. now we know how he really sounds.

  • @jessieiskoo Good for you! I'm 57 and I wish more people in the world had attitudes like yours. You should be proud of yourself, you've learned an important lesson in life: NEVER let anyone else do your thinking for you!

  • @JesseInTheSkyWith I'm 57, and I still love The Beatles as much now as when I saw them on the Ed Sullivan Show the 1st time they appeared on American TV on a cold Feb. night in 1964, when I was 9. Ignore the kids who tell you shouldn't like The Beatles. They DON'T have a clue and your taste in music is right on the money. Don't ever let someone else do your thinking for you.

  • have to hand it to George Martin for the extraordinary production on the original 1966 "Yellow Submarine" recording! Sounds as though it were made for the movie, which came out a few years later! It's also one of the only ones where you can pick out all 4 and what they sing! Movie or not, just a great song!

  • The Beatles are truly the most amazing, influential, and timeless band that ever existed or ever will exist. A thousand thanks for posting this wonderful documentary. It gave me goosebumps throughout the whole thing. People love the Beatles now, just as much as they did back in the sixties, and as they will a hundred years from now.

  • I just happened to come across this series and I couldn't stop watching it once I started.. What a journey.. I'm glad they took the world along with them! The only thing I didn't like was how they mentioned it was "talent AND timing" Umm.. how bout, no! It was not timing. Their music is timeless. Beatles music has survived and will continue to survive much longer than any artists nowadays.. Lady Gaga's music, for example, has a very short expiration date.. just reference the entire 80's! Lol

  • i love all of the beatles songs but my favorite would have to be "I've just seen a face" it is such a great song and i can never get it out of my head.

i wish i could have seen them preform that would be my one wish if i could just see them im 13 too and i love them and agree then can get you through anything.

  • @JesseInTheSkyWith To both of you, JesseInTheSkyWith and jessieiskoo, I feel your pain. I have always been made fun of for loving this band and their music. The Beatles have been with me all my life through happy and sad times. I can always turn to them and go somewhere else. I would often come home from school after a day of being made fun of for being "different" because I'm an artist and I like the Beatles and I would put on a Beatles record. It's just great music. Beatles forever.
