Intro to the Star Wars Droids cartoon.
As has been stated many times in the video comments, Stewart Copeland, the drummer from the band The Police, wrote and sings the theme song. It is not Sting.

Copeland wrote the song along with Derek Holt, and performed the music part of the song, but he did NOT do the singing. Trust me, listen to other works that he has actually sung on and you'll hear the difference, he can't sing high like that.
The theme song's not bad, but not particularly memorable, either -- I watched this show all the way through twice, and I couldn't remember anything about the theme, not the tune, not the refrain "Trouble Again," nothing -- and I normally have a fantastic memory for both tunes and anything that rhymes. For example, having seen two, maybe three episodes of "Inhumanoids" when it was airing (around the same time), I can sing the much catchier theme from its opening from memory.
