This series went downhill when they stopped advancing the series and concentrated on prequels.

At the end of every suikoden game Viki accidently teleports to the beginning of the next game. So at the end of 1 she teleports instantly to when 2 begins and so on. At the end of 3 she actually teleports back in time to the beginning of when 4 takes place.
