My friend and I are going to be sniper and spotter in airsoft any tips?

Use handsignals rather than speaking. Only one of you should move at once. Keep alternating. Get your spotter to learn that if all goes to plan, he will not shoot. he needs to be good at holding fire until the time you are in trouble. See our other films.

@phantomTMA alright thanks a lot. I have a stock VSR-10. I haven't used it in battle yet but I know that its decently accurate with .2s I'm probably gonna get some .28s and some extra mags and a new hop up because the stock one broke on mine. I don't want an inner barrel because it's 80 dollars for one. I'm also going to get a good mil-dot scope.

How did it break? Don't use 0.20g they are not heavy enough to be accurate enough at range, or in a breeze. 0.28g are OK but abit heavy for a 300fps rifle. I would use 0.25g instead, as they have a longer range. You don't need a better barrel but a 120 spring would make a big difference overall.

@phantomTMA I dont remember how it broke, all I know was I was switching it from hop to normal and the handle broke. Also with hte new spring will it need any other upgrades? And then should I use .28s or what?
