Masha'Allah, this is definitely Sheikh Faisal. I remember during Taraweeh in Ramadan, his voice used to change in between Rakahs, and he would sound exactly like this. Do you have any other recitations of him?

@Talvi24 you are sure brother? i think the voice is the voice of imam anwar and not of imam faysal. faysals voice is very dark. listen the voice from the durus of imam anwar, you find this is the self voice from this video allahu a3lam.

@klirka127 brother, al imam al awlaki have no recetition, this is the only youtube.com/watch?v=ou59WcKfwds. This was in Ramdan 2008 and the voice is the self. but please listen the other recetion from imam faysal, i think this is not the self voice of this video. allah bless you brother. wa salam.

This actually is Imam Faisal. This recording was taken during the month of Ramadan in 2009 at MCC Community Center in Chicago. He's the imam of my masjid and I had the pleasure from Allah to hear his beautiful recitation. I remember and recognize this exact recording as well.

Salam, i couldnt find any similiar type of recitation when i searched for al anwar al awlaki.. i tried researching amd listened other recitations of imam Faisal, and i think this might just be him. Allah knows best. Wsalam =)
