  • i dont think a stallion would be very good. they r SUPER hard 2 control. I think you should try a horse who is at LEAST 14 hands, so that u wont grow out of it really soon. I think either a mare or gelding would be fine, as long as it has at least a few years of experiance, and doesnt have any quirks.

  • @GLjumper Thank you(: & I am looking at a Mare.. :D Horse Name Cordial Leader Price $750 Breed(s) Thoroughbred Sex Mare Height 16.0 hands Color Bay Foal Date Jan 1990 Markings Weight Registrations JC - Jockey Club () Disciplines Jumper Hunter Under Saddle Attributes Temperament 3 (1=Bombproof, 10=Hot) Thats Her Info(:

  • I realize this video is old, but I just cant help for laugh. Emphasis on STUD FEE. He's not for sale, that's the fee to breed him to a mare. And the one stud that is for sale is 5,000 dollars. And a green filly? Oh gosh. Thats funny crap.

  • Oh and you DONT want a green horse too. You have to think of the level of expirence you have had. No offence or anything but because you havent been riding for long, so you want something that is at least 15 yrs old. like I said NO stallions, mares can be a bit grumpy when in season. Im sorry for all these comments I just dont want you to make a mistake, and loose confidence in riding, Im just trying to help :)

  • you do know what a stud fee is right?

  • you have to be careful when buying your horsey. Your first horse might be over 10 yrs or something, because the older and have had more training. You DONT want a stallion for your first horse (if its your first horse) You want something that can teach you but can remain calm and have no vices. Aprentley it can take 6-12 months to look for the 'perfect horse'. Some people even drug the horse to make it quiet......My horse wasnt! He's perfect for me :)

  • @GLjumper Haha - Thank you*(: But thats not something Im allowed to do on here PM me?

  • wut state r u in? I will try 2 find some examples of some good horses 4 u. I hope u find a gr8 horse!
