This is a very delightful dish every Korean loves. It's quite different from Chinese version of black bean noodles I would say. Try it. It won't disappoint you. Here is a recipe for an authentic taste of Jjajangmyun.

I love jja jang myun. Fortunately there is a big Korean population here in Lakewood/Tacoma area in Washington. I never had the Chinese version. I would like to try it though to compare the two.
