I hate how pathetically weak Melee hi ougis are in this game..

Divine Saber can do like 10 k damage in total, and yet a Hi Ougi can only do like.. 5000. S:

Why aren't the hi ougis stronger than normal spells T_T

Damn this actually deserves a localization, it would've been cooler if they just left the voices in and translated the text/subs (like for ToD on PSX).

@MrCjgaming : You should, and you should also import Tales of Destiny Director's Cut along with it, as their stories are connected and ToD Director's Cut is the very pinnacle of all Tales titles out there.
