@CrayonBoxShorty The issue of the video is what AMERICANS know about Ugandan. Thats why I isolated it. Ignorance IS everywhere but its tolerated and made light of in America more than before. We have way more dumb people in Pop Culture now. And schools are making it easier to pass yet fewer kids are passing. Its not as cool to be cultured anymore. Its a problem that western society (US, Europe, Canada, etc.) is complacent about and its affecting the rest of the world because they copy us...
