Six years ago, Saxby Chambliss used this ad to directly question the courage of U.S. Sen. Max Cleland, a man who had fought for his country in Vietnam, earning the Silver Star and Bronze Star and losing three limbs in the process. Chambliss did not serve, claiming a draft exemption during Vietnam because of a trick knee.
@whoo689 It's implied. "Courage" and "patriotism" evoke similar emotive responses. Max Cleland lost three limbs fighting for the country. I don't know if Saxby Chambliss served, but I do know he is one of the biggest scumbags in the Congress.

Where in the ad did he ever say Cleland was unpatriotic? I'm not defending the GOP's idiotic foreign policy, but come on!
