She then says about Daughters sexual abuse in India. This LAW has little to do with sexual abuse of daughters in family . Feminists talk about the worst case stuff and then use this to make Laws for every pitty thing, in the same LAW. Different Law procedures for different things should be present. A single extreme summary procedure for any allegation is wrong, as used in DV Law encourages false complaints for finantial Gains .

Why are elected Lawers representatives actively involved significantly, why honourable Judges, which are by average ( not exceptions ) are among the best knowledge about Laws and how they should be , are not significantly Involved. Why do Supreme court of India has to say that the LAW is loosely worded, is absurd and interpretation can lead to choes to society.

The same trick was used in this TV show, i.e., wrong NGO's name was used. This is done to show as if she is drafting the Law as she represents All India Lawyers may be by some elections. Actually this is only a women's NGO , and not even a elected Lawyers representative like Bar councils of Lawyers in Courts. But she is drafting the LAW.

Indira Jaising is president of "All India Womens Lawyers collective", but in any press article or TV show, wherever it is said that she played a big part in drafting DV Law, to give a distorted picture to public, the organizations name is deliberately changed to "All India Lawyers collective " and women is removed, or just "Lawyers collective" director.
