  • @mothmanifest I agree with your point that bodybuilders are getting ridiculous and in fact loosing functional movement, but that's not the case with all bodybuilders. Bruce Lee was a body builder and he wasn't huge. Bodybuilding just means building the body you want, and while recently that seems to be huge and repulsive it can also be toned and tight and strong and flexible.

  • I use force my arms against the floor puting my foots in a chair... Good Video... Great ideas. Much better than a Young and boring teacher shouting in my ears in a gymplace...

  • Good observation. I see this fat ugly steroid induced being at my GYM, he only does bicep and chest workout and leaves. He walks like an elephant, but has chicken shoulders and turkey legs.
