dont assume she is on drugs, lack of food can mess with your brain and make you appear drunk or acting funny :) it can mess with the chemicals in your brain and can trigger off other underlying problems like manic depression etc. :)

You will have to work with your ability to make yourself understandable first. Take speech and talk lessons (if you can't afford this you must focus on learning this on your own, tape yourself, listen and compare to how actors and other media people speak). I don't mean to put you down, honey, but you truly sound like somebody heavily affected by drugs. - Another issue: You sway forth and back, also not good. - How you look means a lot too: Comb your hair, f.ex.. -- Good luck! :-)
