Haircut on Halloween..

the Horror!! :O lol

i had been planning to donate my hair to Locks Of Love for a little while so I've been trying to get my hair as long as I could before going insane. well I got the front bangs to about 17 inches (from root to longest layer) and the back was probably around 18 inches. so i finally decided that if i lived with such long hair any longer i would go insane. lol. some people can handle it, i'm not too good at it. So, on Saturday the 31st of October (Halloween) i went to my hairdresser with some short-hair ideas, but still no concrete decision, hence why i was so nervous. but i figured it didnt really matter so i just had her cut it off to start with and see where she could go from there. And so i ended up with a very poofy "european rock star" look, as Merridith says, and i was a tad frightened by it. But since then it has gotten a little better and i am on my way to figuring out how my short hair is gonna work. Thanks to Locks Of Love for the opportunity to donate my thick Italian hair to people who are having a "rough time" as my hairdresser put it. It is so worth it, and the more i remind myself of where all my hair went the less i care about how it looks and the less i worry about myself And the less i push myself further away from God.
