I'm almost tempted to get my classic ribber out again and have another bash with it, almost!

WOW! Looks great! thanks, susy. I just got a SRP60 for my Singer 700 and am learning it. (Thought to self: don't start practicing with new equipment and mohair yarn! Sheila in Raleigh :-)

Congratulations, Susy. I had often wished I had picked up the ribber for my Bond (I have 4 other machines all with ribbers, but nothing for larger gauge). Now I don't feel one bit bad about it! Looks to be easier to hand knit a rib for a cuff than to set up this thing! Did you see the video about the lady who modified her Bond ribber to knit a tube? Wish I had the URL for you. Again, Congratulations and thanks for demonstrating these machines.

I have actually knitted a tube with my Bond ribber but it was time consuming as you only use one keyplate which has to be swapped to the opposite carriage at the start of every row.
