2011-12 Policy Address and Budget Consultation

Donald Tsang, the Chief Executive invites people to give their views on the 2011-12 Policy Address and the 2012-13 Budget. The consultation exercise for this year's Policy Address and that for the government expenditure of next year's Budget have been combined to strengthen the co-ordination between policy formulation and budgetary planning. The consultation exercise will focus on three areas, namely housing and home ownership issues, the ageing population and the wealth gap. A consultation website has been set up (www.policyaddress.gov.hk) to invite public opinions. Members of the public are welcome to browse the website at www.policyaddress.gov.hk and give their views.
