Porsche's racing laboratory, the 911 GT3 R Hybrid, with 24 Hours of Le Mans champions Timo Bernhard/Mike Rockenfeller (both Germany) and Romain Dumas (France) aboard, was the 18th best finisher in a starting field of 41 cars. More information at http://www.porsche.com/intelligent-performance

  • @ClaritySWE it's used as an overboost, think of it as nitrous that recharges while braking, it's not a permanent hybrid, the electric motor works only when driver decides, through a button
