The two women for which you show the before and after pictures looked better before, especially in the frontal view. What you are doing to people is a total waste of time and money. You are explaining how to correct problems from operations that were never needed in the first place. Plastic surgery is totally pointless in most people, it doesn't improve their appearance and creates disfigurement that needs to be repaired.

thank you so much for the info Doctor....i had nose job 5 years ago and 3 years since i has been having hard time to breath, i have running nose all the time, congestion so i hope you can see this post and let me know what to do, cuz i am thinking to have a surgery again but for good and you r one of my choose, i live in san francisco now, and having hard time to breath it has been a nightmare i wake up many many time at night cuz i cant breathand the right side collapse.

I got rhinoplasty done by DR. POLETES IN LANSING. HE IS THE WORST DR. EVER. HE MESSED UP MY NOSE, LEAVING ME WITH FLARED NOSTRILS, ASSYMETRIC AND BREATHING PROBLEMS.

I think you should watch part 1? I don't think the point of the video is to say that closed is better. Open rhinoplasty has its benefits, for some noses open is the only option.
