Play on the middle difficulty, start by trying it on someone at mid range, standing still. Aim so that the red diamond is on the desired region, and just keep trying until you get it, retry parts over and over again and go for easy targets at first. You'll get it eventually :D

I recorded all my gameplay, realised that I shot a lot a people in the balls, so I just made a short montage. This is only footage from the demo which I recorded in about an hour and edited in about 15 minutes.
This was made over a year ago so, fyi, I don't sit down all day shooting people in the balls; but yes, I play games if that's what you're trying to say. There are always some people who have to be so negative about everything.
