  • thats some insane stuff!!!

i recently wanted to start stretching for the splits, since im a mile off the ground (seriously, my legs barley open 90 degrees)..

what kind of stretches should i do? and how long do you think it will take if i stretched daily? thanks!!!

  • @phantomhockeyzero For splits, you're going to want to stretch your quads and hamstrings. There's plenty of splits tutorials online I'm sure you can find. I didn't really do anything special to get it.

  • Hello dear Nick,

Whoo, congratulations it's really impressive, and yet you do it so easily !

Your flexibility seems so natural, you can stay long in this position the feet behind the head without any problem ?

Can you put your two feet at the same time under your armpits ?

Thank you for showing us your donation and I hope to see you again soon on another video much longer.

    toissam

  • @toissam Several of years of training mate! I can put both feet behind my head pretty easily, I'm now going for behind back. I cannot put both my feet behind my armpit yet, in training. Thank you!

  • your flexibility is amazing! thx for sharing vids of your flexy talent & hoping to see more! cheers

  • @MacDerMedve More to come!
