Later, Davis is very grateful for his safety and comes with a proposal: he wants Brenner to join Greyfield's New Rubinelle Army, to help end the war between Rubinelle and Lazuria. As he considers it this time, this ends Chapter 11.

Beginning Chapter 12, Brenner's Wolves arrive at Admiral Greyfield's doorstep. Greyfield, a man with an ego and lust for power that would make Seto Kaiba jealous, is uncertain about Brenner and ideology, but uses him to fight the Lazurians all the same. Brenner only agrees to the notion to help speed up the war, and that's all.

Out on the battlefield, Will questions why the Lazurians started the war. Brenner gives his thoughts, but has no real answer, which just leaves Will in a bind.
