She reneges on written agreements not to count those states. He didn't campaign in either and his name DID NOT APPEAR ON THE FLORIDA BALLOT. Now that she's lost the nomination, she's desperately grasping for anything to stay afloat.

Those polls don't really mean anything yet. I think it would be closer between McCain and Obama because when people can't decide they usually vote for the one who they're familiar with, but it won't matter because if the voter turnout is anything like the primaries Democrats will turn out at a 2 to 1 ratio over Republicans and own the election.

The Univ of Chicago Law School faculty can call its senior lecturers anything they like. You & I don't get to make that decision, no matter how much you seem to want to.
