The Great Oconee Raft Race-Dublin, GA.mp4

The Great Oconee Raft Race was held during the early 1970s on the Oconee River in Dublin, Georgia. Thousands from all over middle Georgia and the Southeast entered the annual event on the last Saturday in June. The audio accompanying this nearly 40 year old super 8 film footage- was made for the event and 45 rpm records were produced and sold and used for promotion for the event. Many were sent to local and area radio stations where they were played on air.
