Rotten Meat? Jimmy Johns Workers Refuse To Serve It

At the Jimmy Johns location in Minneapolis' Uptown neighborhood on Sunday, Davis .... and other employees of the fast food chain rallied in solidarity with their colleague Margaret Brickely, who in mid-September was pressured by her supervisor to serve rotten meat to customers. Brickely had noticed that the meat and produce she pulled out of the cooler was warm and beginning to rot. The coolers had broken, leaving the meat at room temperature overnight. Margaret refused to serve the meat, and management initially threatening her job in retaliation. Jimmy Johns workers in Minneapolis are also organizing to unionize.

oh wow me and my husband got screwed over there at the time i wasnt with him he was my manager his assistante manager didnt like me and other emplyes so she fired us he tryed to fight for us but since the assistante was fucken his boss n his boss was friends with everone there they fired him funny thing is we told them she was racial profiling they only ones she fired is the old guy the mexican 3 blacks n an asian....plus its too fucken expensive id rather go to taco bell
