Have you tried Apple cider vinegar? it worked wonders for me. I have the same problem and nothing was working. My hair would be itchy right after I washed it too but it has stopped every since I started doing AVC rinses

@jemy1415 Ive tried it once or twice but never consistently and i wasn't using it for that reason at the time,I will definitely revisit ACV's . Thanks so much for your suggestion !
