John Pisciotta of Pro-Life Waco is interviewed in August of 2007 on the Lynn Woolley syndicated radio talk show. Planned Parenthood Waco claims that it has reported statutory rape of its child clients at a rate of 98 per year. Using a Texas Open Records investigation, Pro-Life Waco finds reports to the Waco to the Waco Police Department of just 3.3 mandated reports per year of statutory rape or underage sex. In a July 25, 2007 news conference, Pro-Life Waco Co-Director John Pisciotta presents these incriminating numbers with the theme. "Where are the other 98 reports per year?" In addition, to the yearly numbers, the Waco PD reports show a very unusual pattern. In 2004, there were substantial number of reports to Waco PD—13 for the year. But there is more. In March alone of 2004, there were 6 police reports of statutory rape. But there is still more. On the single day of March 8, there were 3 reports of child rape by Planned Parenthood. Three was the total number of reports of statutory rape to the Waco PD in all of 2000-2003! This investigation of the growing national concern about Planned Parenthood's circumvention of state mandatory reporting laws is the first to use the tool of investigation through state open records legislation. • This is only in the states

  • Yeah, maybe they should have. But I was specifically talking about the morality of two young adults consenting to being sexual with one another and the act of a family being torn apart by an innocent young person being thrown into jail. I don't understand how someone can find that less morally corrupt than two humans engaging in sex, which other than the conviction brought them nothing but joy, AKA a child.

  • Well maybe her boyfriend should have thought about that before he had sex with an underage girl

  • Planned Parenthood sucks! I wanna shut down the Hamilton, Ohio, PP!

  • I wont argue about pro-life pro-choice, I respect both sides. I do, however, have something to say about PPH and the 'cover up' or statutory rape cases. I have a long time friend, who when she was fifteen got pregnant and her boyfriend, 20 at the time, was thrown in jail and locked away for four years (the couple is married now). But for four years their lives were hell, and their son didn't even get to meet his father until he was 3. Tell me who has the moral up hand there? The state? NO WAY.
