Obama is committing 3% of a 10 trillion dollar GDP into R&D and r educing to 0% for capital gains tax for small business is substantial news. Why don't he just shut all import products from China and India? THat is the real remedy

Thank you, Mr. President, for reminding us how the Internet was born from a Defense project. It's ironic, now the cranks use it to easily spread their opinion that nothing good ever comes from the government, either because it's composed by evil mad geniuses bent on taking over the world, or because politicians and bureaucrats are a special kind of men and women that cannot do anything right until they start working for a private company (as lobbyists with the right contacts, usually).
