Nice looking lighting, modelling and general look. The twists in the head are good. Be more purposeful in the descent (Y axis) and you need to change pace - use ease in/ease out to start and finish moves and more 'arcs' to add dynamism to the movement and general composition. Mix stepped and Bezier in the graph editor. Could never get that damned motion mixer to work. 13 years lightwave now on to maya, things I love and hate in both. Good luck. I'm sure you're much better now.
