How to unlock an account on Windows Vista that, by default, will bypass the User Account Control restrictions.

I found a great website on internet that provide a software and you can use it and you will surely get your admin password back.

hmm. i'm trying to access my brothers account to watch a film, but its not shared and he won't share it. somhow he manages to bypass my password from his pc and i want to do the same. any ideas? pls
