In Perú poligamy is illegal and is not a cultural practice here .Poligamy has no place in Latin America. This guy is married with a woman but he hided his illegal intentions to his wife and lied auhorities in order to have another marriage- certanlly illegal. He lied his new lover that didn't really know the real marital status of that man. That man lied his wife, his lover and authorities. he lied everyone
